Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. General Counsel – Rapidly Growing Real Estate Finance Platform – Remote

Position Summary
The General Counsel will serve as the lead legal resource supporting lending and transactional activities, with primary responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating loan documentation associated with complex real estate financing transactions. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to support deal execution, manage legal risk, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while helping scale legal infrastructure to support organizational growth.

TRG Legal is actively working with a Top National Insurance Broker seeking a highly experienced Compliance Director to oversee their organization’s compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Director will be a trusted advisor responsible for implementing policies, procedures, training and communications within various departments to ensure that the company as a whole operates in a legal and ethical manner.
