Our client, a Top 50 National Insurance Broker is seeking a Sales/Growth Leader in Ohio. Someone sales-oriented to contribute to growth and sales energy. They have strong markets and operations. Looking to grow this office from $6M to 15M in revenue.

- HQ: CA with satellite locations across the country
- Niches: Auto Dealers, Construction, Healthcare, Non-profits, Transportation, and General CL
- Awards: Best Places to Work, Top 100 U.S. Insurance Broker, Fastest Growing Private Insurance Broker, etc.
- Pre-IPO Stage (Leadership Board stems from Top 5 National Brokers)
Location: 3 offices between Cleveland and Columbus
Requirements:
- Strong experience in the Commercial & Personal Lines space, with office leadership experience preferred.
- Generalist background with willingness and excite to grow in a variety of different verticals and niches.
- High sales energy and ability to build sales culture and KPI’s to promote revenue growth in the Ohio territory.
- Experienced in the Middle Market account space and ability to sell and lead in that space.
- Former background selling a company or being a part of an acquisition merger preferred.
- Ability to be in and around the 3 offices between Cleveland and Columbus.
Compensation:
Combination of Base, Bonus, and Equity. Equity will be based upon growth (Likely 10-15% of enterprise value on growth.)
