Our client, a National $2.0+Billion Revenue (full service) Broker with over 100 offices and 6,200 EE’s is looking to add an Employee Benefits Producer to their team. Our position will target new business in the 100-5,000 lives range and this will include both fully insured and self-funded cases. Our client will consider local and relocation candidates.

Client Profile:

* Top 5 U.S. Broker – $2B+ in annual revenue (agency represents 20% of parent bank’s revenue)

* Parent company – Top U.S. Financial Institution

* Full Service – CL, PL, EB, Retirement, Financial Planning

* 100+ offices across U.S.

* Business focus – middle market and large accounts (largest EB account is 130,000 lives)

* TN Footprint: $49M revenue, 6 offices, 40+ P&C Producers and 15 EB Producers

Qualifications:

* Employee Benefit Production experience at the EB Consultant or insurance agency levels.

Compensation Structure:

* Salary + Commission (using a new and renewal commission split to determine bonus)

* 40/25 New and Renewal splits (40% new goes to 45% from dollar one if goals are hit)
