HNW/Personal Lines Account Manager

Our client, a growing Insurance Broker based in Bergen County NJ is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager. Very competitive salary + bonus and benefits package. This role can be fully remote.

This positions will act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing to new and existing Personal Lines Clients.

Duties:

  • Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
  • Day to day service and management of HNW book of business
  • Address client questions regarding premiums and billing statements
  • Provide claims counseling and assistance during the claim settlement process
  • Evaluate policy coverage terms and limits
  • Prepare re-marketing results and provide a detailed renewal review to discuss with the client
  • Implement new/renewal program and provide client with detailed evidence of coverage
  • Cross-sell/upgrade existing coverage and/or present additional coverages as needed

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years retail agency experience in Personal Lines
  • Sports & Entertainment experience is a plus
  • HNW experience needed
  • P&C license
  • Proficient with MS office products
  • Knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
  • Insurance designations a plus

BookKeeper

Our client, a growing Insurance Broker based in Northern NJ is seeking a well-rounded Bookkeeper.

Duties:

  • Title: Bookkeeper
  • Responsible for General Ledger including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Commission Payable
  • Prepare monthly management and producer commission payable reports.
  • Prepare reconciliation of carrier commission statements. Resolve accounting discrepancies with insurance carriers and/or producers.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Responsible for maintaining the budget using both Excel & Agency Management system.


Qualifications:

  • Insurance Agency Bookkeeping Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • Experience using an Agency Management System (Applied/TAM highly desired)
  • Active NJ Insurance License (preferred) • MS Office, Excel, and Word Proficiency
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Highly Motivated and a Team Player
