Commercial Lines Account Manager
About the Company:
Our client is an up-and-coming, private equity-backed retail insurance brokerage based in South Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the ground level, with significant potential for growth within the company.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a $2M book of business, which includes several large accounts such as Commercial Real Estate and Data Centers. This role is perfect for someone looking to be part of an expanding brokerage with unlimited growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a diverse commercial lines book of business, valued at $2M, including large accounts in Commercial Real Estate, Data Centers, and more.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the renewal process, working closely with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to support new business development efforts.
- Provide ongoing advice to clients regarding coverage and policy options.
- Support claims management and coordinate with carriers as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Applied EPIC (experience with this platform is a plus).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the commercial lines insurance space.
- Familiarity with managing large accounts, including Commercial Real Estate (e.g., Condo Associations, Retail Space, Warehouse Space) is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, growing environment.
