They are seeking an accomplished National Personal Lines Leader to provide strategic leadership for a high-performing Personal Lines division generating approximately $100 million in annual revenue. This is a fully remote executive leadership opportunity offering the chance to shape the future of a growing national platform.

Position Summary

The National Personal Lines Leader will have full P&L responsibility for a $100M Personal Lines operation and will oversee the strategic direction, operational performance, talent development, and financial success of the business. This executive will lead a geographically dispersed management team while implementing best practices, enhancing client experience, and driving profitable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for a national Personal Lines division with approximately $100M in annual revenue.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives focused on revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional leaders and management teams across multiple locations.
  • Drive consistent service standards and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Partner with carrier relationships to maximize profitability, market opportunities, and product offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, technology adoption, and overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on acquisitions, integration efforts, and long-term business planning.
  • Establish performance metrics and accountability across the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on employee engagement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Personal Lines insurance.
  • Proven success leading large, multi-location Personal Lines operations.
  • Experience managing significant P&L responsibilities, ideally within a national brokerage environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational growth and operational transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading remote teams across multiple geographic regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced industry designations are a plus.
