Our client is seeking an experienced High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to support an established book of affluent and high-net-worth clients. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated personal insurance programs while delivering concierge-level service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience for individuals and families with complex insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines clients.
  • Service homeowners, automobile, umbrella, valuable articles, collections, watercraft, and other specialty personal insurance policies.
  • Prepare renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage recommendations.
  • Review policies to identify gaps and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements.
  • Coordinate directly with premier insurance carriers and underwriting partners.
  • Build trusted client relationships through responsive, personalized service.
  • Maintain accurate agency management system documentation and policy records.

Qualifications

  • 3–10 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience.
  • Experience servicing affluent or high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred.
  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
  • Knowledge of carriers serving the private client marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated employment stability with a consistent work history. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.
