Our client, a Top 50 Growing Independent Insurance Broker is seeking a Commercial Lines Regional Manager. Position will oversee the service department. Ideal candidate will have leadership experience in the Large Commercial Account space.

Position:
- Oversee Large Account Unit with $5-10M in revenue
- 10 service members to include a supervisor, Account Managers and CSRs
- Hire, mentor, review staff
- Able to step in with service and client needs when needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Management or Leadership experience
- Vast knowledge of Commercial Lines Accounts
- Niche industry experience (transportation, hospitality, municipality, etc..) desired
- P&C license required
- Additional insurance designations a plus
