Positions:
#1 Employee Benefits Account Executive Team Leader
- Duties:
- Manage 3-4 service staff members
- Oversee the account management of approx. $4M total
- Service 3-4 large key accounts
- Ideal candidate will have 10+ years EB experience and 5+ years leadership
- Advanced technical knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- L&H license required
- GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
- Competitive base + bonus
#2 Sr. Employee Benefits Account Executive
- Duties:
- Interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives to develop and execute on the client’s benefit strategy
- Ideal candidate will have 7+ years EB experience
- Client facing experience in the employee benefit industry
- Advanced technical knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- L&H license required
- GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
- Competitive base + bonus
