Our client, a Top 15 National Broker with over $3.5B in revenue and 8,000+ staff members is looking to fill a Transactional Advisor role responsible for carrying out the property & casualty insurance due diligence process for their private equity and corporate clients, communicating transactional deal issues as they arise, and delivering the final written findings to the client.
Position can be in their St. Louis office location or remote for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years P&C insurance coverage, programs and services experience within a retail brokerage environment
- Understanding of risk financing and risk management concepts and applications
- Experience and knowledge with M&A processes and Private Equity deal environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience and/or work experience.
- Insurance designations a plus
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
