Sales Director – Retail Insurance Broker

Our client, a large PE backed, insurance brokerage with approx. $200M in revenue, with over 75 offices across 8 states, 70% Commercial/30% EB and Personal is seeking a Sales Director.

Position Outline and Responsibilities:

  • Position will be someone that can build infrastructure around production.
  • Drive consistent, measurable organic growth
  • Producer Recruiting & Talent Acquisition and Training
  • Vertical & Specialty Practice Development
  • Carrier Relations
  • Sales Infrastructure & Systems
  • Create cross-selling programs between CL and EB
