Position Title: Recruiting Enablement Leader
Location: In-Office – Elkridge, MD
Boutique Executive Search firm specializing in Insurance, Wealth Management and Legal is seeking a Recruiting Enablement Leader.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Enablement Leader to support and enhance our executive search operations. This individual will play a critical role in driving recruiting efficiency, business development initiatives, database integrity, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced with recruiting technology, LinkedIn sourcing, and CRM/database management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations & Job Order Management
- Organize and set up all new job orders (JOs) within the firm’s systems and processes.
- Create and maintain job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Develop roll-up lists, target company lists, and candidate research documents for active searches.
- Draft and distribute referral outreach emails and recruiting campaigns.
- Ensure all recruiting materials are professional, accurate, and delivered promptly.
LinkedIn Sourcing & Research
- Conduct advanced LinkedIn sourcing and market research for recruiters’ active searches.
- Identify and map talent within target industries and organizations.
- Build candidate pipelines and provide competitive intelligence to recruiters.
- Support recruiters with talent mapping and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Business Development
- Take ownership of job order-led solicitation campaigns to prospective clients.
- Conduct targeted outreach and marketing initiatives designed to generate new business opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to identify prospects and develop client acquisition strategies.
- Achieve a goal of securing 2-3 new job orders per month from new client relationships.
Database & CRM Management
- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of the PCR database.
- Ensure timely entry of:
- New clients
- Candidates
- Job orders
- Interviews
- Recruiting notes and activities
- Maintain data integrity and establish best practices for CRM usage across the team.
Recruiter Branding & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with recruiters to enhance their LinkedIn presence.
- Assist in developing:
- Industry articles
- Thought leadership posts
- Recruiting and market updates
- Social media engagement strategies
- Help strengthen the firm’s brand and online visibility.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, executive search support, or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing methodologies.
- Experience with PCR, Bullhorn, Salesforce, or other recruiting CRM/ATS systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating recruiting marketing materials and social media content is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
