Position Outline:
- Manage 80 Producers
- Recruit, Train and Mentor New Producers
- Emphasis on Organic Growth, retention, and Culture
- Middle Market focus, with all Funding FI, Level, SF and Captives
- Added Value experience should include: Population Management, RX, Analytics, Wellness, etc.
- Product Line – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, HR Consulting, etc.
- States to Manage – WI, MI, IA, IL, IN, OH, KS, MO, KY, OK, AR,TN, LA, MS,AL
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Employee Benefits sales leadership experience in the insurance brokerage field with strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPI’s
- L&H license required
- College Degree, and advanced degree/insurance designations helpful
