Our client, a Top 20 National Insurance Broker is seeking a Employee Benefits Account Executive in Irvine, CA. To service an existing book of mid-market business.

Position:
- Manage and service large, complex employee benefits accounts
- Partner with Producers to deliver proactive client solutions
- Lead client meetings and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day needs
- Oversee marketing and renewal processes to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide consultative guidance on benefits strategies and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of insurance industry experience, specifically in employee benefits
- Middle Market account experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- L&H License
- Additional Insurance Designations a plus
