Employee Benefits Account Executive

Our client, a Top 20 National Insurance Broker is seeking a Employee Benefits Account Executive in Irvine, CA. To service an existing book of mid-market business.

Position:

  • Manage and service large, complex employee benefits accounts
  • Partner with Producers to deliver proactive client solutions
  • Lead client meetings and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day needs
  • Oversee marketing and renewal processes to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide consultative guidance on benefits strategies and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of insurance industry experience, specifically in employee benefits
  • Middle Market account experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
  • L&H License
  • Additional Insurance Designations a plus
