Commercial Lines Manager – Long Island, NY
The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting an established, independent, regional insurance brokerage in identifying a Commercial Lines Manager. Position will oversee a service team of 15-20.
The Commercial Lines Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day service operations of the Commercial Lines Team including the mentoring, coaching, and motivating of team members, continuously looking to improve client service experience and workflows associated with delivering world class service, achieving the growth and retention strategy, and being a contributor to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the agency.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years Commercial Lines experience to include leadership responsibilities and strategic operational duties
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and products is essential
- College degree preferred
- Insurance designations (i.e., IIA, AIU, CPCU, ARM) highly preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- P&C insurance license required
