Our client, a leader in the Mid-market Insurance Brokerage space is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Charlotte, NC.

POSITION:
- As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will service large and more complex client accounts from beginning to end.
- Manage all renewal requirements, providing product and service information, and acting as a lead/commercial insurance subject matter expert.
- Work closely with our production teams and provide guidance to Commercial Account Managers and Commercial Account Associates.
- This will be an on-site position with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week + 2 days from home) once training is complete.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 7+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
- Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain a license within 90 days of employment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with Applied Epic (or similar agency management system) preferred.
- Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR preferred.
