Our client, a Top 15 National Insurance Broker, is seeking a Claims & Risk Management Support Leader in Green Bay, WI. This role leads and coaches the risk management specialist and client resource coordinator positions, driving the administrative and operational support that promotes revenue growth, productivity, and client service across the agency’s Property & Casualty division.

Position
- Lead and develop the risk management specialist and client resource coordinator roles, fostering collaboration across the P&C department
- Coach team members day-to-day and conduct regular performance appraisals with direct, actionable feedback
- Drive proactive service delivery across specialty roles so clients consistently receive the highest level of support
- Make independent decisions on day-to-day matters while involving the team in larger, collaborative decisions
- Own hiring and training, including maintaining a documented training program and partnering on new-hire development
- Set team goals and timelines, lead regular team meetings, and administer departmental policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate degree and 2–3 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Insurance agency experience preferred; working knowledge of insurance terminology, forms, bonds, and sales
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Applied (agency management system), and internet navigation
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret insurance policies and regulations
- State-specific insurance license required
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience
