Dan Rogan

President and National Brokerage Practice Leader

Dan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his BA degree in Organizational Communications. He has been active in insurance recruiting since 1987 and involved in Risk & Insurance Management Recruiting for Insurance Agencies since 1994. Dan has published in Underwriter Report, Business Insurance Magazine and in Best Review. He also was a guest speaker at the Marsh Berry Insurance Agents Conference. He is a member of the PIA (Professional Insurance Association), PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society), and has been a guest speaker at various local insurance seminars. Dan is also a past Board Member & President of National Insurance Recruiting Association (NIRA). Dan works with the Insurance Distribution sector of the industry nationally. His area of expertise is with Production and Agency Management staff.

Gaye Rogan

COO & Executive Insurance Recruiter (TRG Temps Director)

Gaye has been with The Rogan Group, Inc. since 1993, having served as the Operations Manager and the Research Manager, before taking the COO role. Gaye brings accounting & operations experience, as well as a deep understanding of an Internet Research to the firm.  Ms. Rogan previously held accounting positions with Mitsubishi Motors and Household Bank. She possesses a BA Degree from New England College.

Cynthia Carr joined the Rogan Group with more than 17 years of Insurance Industry experience including the last few years working for a Top 20 national brokerage. During her career, she spent 10 years as an underwriter of one of the largest “niche” programs in the nation. As Sales Manager of this large MGA, she developed extensive experience in recruiting, mentoring and managing new and seasoned agents and brokers nationwide. Her strong risk management skills allowed her to work closely with state and national associations, side by side with national carriers. She has presented at several state and national conventions, educating the members with risk management policies. Her background in specialty program business has given her extensive knowledge of the captive and excess markets. At The Rogan Group, Ms. Carr will head Risk & Insurance Management Recruiting activities in the greater New England Region.

Ben Levin

Mr. Levin joined the Rogan Group after spending one year at Costar Group where he served as a Research Associate. Ben focuses on the Distribution Sector and leads the firm in Brokerage Leadership, Production and Marketing/Placement recruiting. Ben will lead recruiting in the Southeast & Southwest Regions.

Ryan Rogan is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a degree in Economics. He began his career with a two-year Employee Benefits Sales Internship at Assured Partners Insurance in Maryland, gaining early exposure to the insurance industry, specifically insurance retail production.
Ryan joined The Rogan Group, Inc. in 2022 and specializes in the insurance distribution sector. His focus includes senior leadership, production, transactional advisory, buy-side advisory, and corporate development searches for private equity–backed firms. He leads projects in both the Northeast and Southwest regions, working closely with clients to deliver top talent in highly competitive markets.
In addition to his executive recruiting responsibilities, Ryan plays a key role in The Rogan Group’s internal growth initiatives, recruiting and training new team members to support the firm’s long-term expansion.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he received his BA degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2008. Matt joined the Rogan Group after 7 years of working as a financial service professional with a regional broker in the Life Insurance, Disability, and LTC fields. At The Rogan Group, Matt will develop clients and fill positions within the Insurance Distribution Sector. This covers both the P&C and EB sides of the business.
