The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national wholesale insurance brokerage client in identifying a sales leader to oversee 3-5 internal Brokers, retail agency network and top line growth. The Position will evolve to become SVP with multiple sales teams under their management.

Client Profile:

  • Founded –2015
  • Private Equity backed
  • 35 M GWP and growing
  • Currently working with 18 standard & E&S carriers
  • Coverages: Auto Liability, General Liability, Auto PD, Cargo and Excess Liability
  • Niches: Trucking

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of wholesale ins broker experience
  • Production underwriting/broker background, with established retail network
  • Transportation experience a plus but not mandatory

  • Producer commissions: 30-50% on New and 20% on renewal
