Our client, a TPA focused on administration of employer-sponsored benefit programs is seeking a VP, Employee Benefits Distribution. Position will be a key member of leadership team. Ideal for someone who understands how to sell through distribution (brokers/GA/TPA alliances) and help shape new programs as they expand into additional states and products.

Their current business includes self-funded/level-funded medical plans and limited benefit dental and vision products. They are currently an approved claims administrator in 10+ states across the Southeast and is in the process of adding 12+ additional approvals in the Midwest and Southwest to support growth strategy.
