Our client, a Top National Broker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, in their Denver office. This individual will manage a team of three and aid in exempt recruitment. This role can sit in Denver, Phoenix or Seattle.

  • $1.5B in annual revenue, 65,000 clients, 5,500 EE’s, 100+ offices

  • Full Services – CL, PL, EB
  • Niches: Construction, Real Estate, Energy, Hospitality, Tech, etc.

Position Outline:

  • Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Location: Denver, Phoenix or Seattle (can be remote for the right candidate)
  • Develop and drive the associate talent acquisition strategy for the Mountain region
  • Lead recruiter for all Exempt associate roles
  • Work with hiring managers to build and develop their teams
  • Proactively build a pipeline
  • Utilize the firms brand and social to build bench strength
  • Manage about 20 Job openings
  • Manage a team of three

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of related experience
  2. 3+ years of Brokerage experience is a plus
  3. Understanding of Commercial insurance and the associated roles is a must
