Our client, a Top 100 National Insurance Broker, is seeking an Account Executive in the Surety vertical. The position will be responsible for client relationships and prospect development including growth, retention and client satisfaction for a book of business.

Client Profile:

  • 100+ year old, Top 100 National Broker
  • Multiple offices in the Mid-Atlantic area – MD, VA, PA
  • Staff over 250
  • Niches include: Healthcare, Education, Professional Services, Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and more.
  • Accounts average $25,000+ Revenue
  • EPIC Agency Management System
  • Brokerage firm is known for High Integrity, Collaborate Team Approach, Significant Niche Expertise, and Long Tenured Staff (many with insurance industry designations)


  • 3+ years large surety account experience
  • Ability to independently manage all client needs, Surety Systems, and Surety marketing of accounts
  • College degree or equivalent required
  • Advanced insurance designations a plus
  • P&C License required, L&H License a plus for cross-selling
  • Notary Public desirable

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 salary plus bonus, and company benefits/401k plan, etc.
