Our client, a SE based large accounts insurance agency that is a division of a top 10 National Insurance Broker with over $1.7B in revenue is currently looking for a TA specialist/ recruiter for their SoCal region.
Client Profile:
- Revenue $200M+ revenue division within a $2.1B national agency
- Niches: Large accounts, with niches in Healthcare, Construction/Surety, Energy/Marine, Tech/Bio Tech, Transportation/Rail, etc.
- Added Value Services: Actuarial, Alt Risk, Captives, Claims Management, Loss Prevention, International.
- Offices Location – this division has 11 locations in 9 states and over 400 staff members, while the overall insurance organization has 100+ offices.
Position Outline:
- Title: Recruiter
- Working as part of the HR team
- Sourcing candidates for presentations to the hiring managers
- Develop an active candidate pipeline/talent pool for expanding talent demands
- Proactively source active and passive candidates for specific roles with P&C, Benefits & Private Client areas
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 3+ years of Recruiting experience within an insurance brokerage, insurance or financial services company
- Linkedin Recruiter Guru is a must
- ATS experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a sense of urgency
- AIRS Certification a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to manage and fill 20+ openings
