Our client, a Top Wholesale Broker in the U.S., is looking to hire their National Casualty Practice Leader. Our P.E backed client is looking to hire someone with extensive industry experience who will be responsible for the casualty division growth plan, profit/loss of the unit, and development of the senior staff, while also building and maintaining a book of business. Our client is offering a top service/marketing platform, added value resources, and compensation that includes top salaries, commission on personal production, bonuses based on growth and profit/loss, potential equity, etc.
