Our client, a top 15 national retail insurance brokerage with $1B+ annual revenue, is seeking a Managing Director for their West Region. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading the Managing Partners (location heads) within the region, ensuring the region exceeds revenue/ profitability goals, and integrates new acquisitions efficiently. We are seeking best in class professionals, and welcome D&I candidates.

Duties:
- Responsible for regions’ P&L/ annualized EBITDA growth
- Lead Managing Partners and direct reports including VP of Sales Development, Director Finance/Ops., Director EB Operations, Director of P&C Operations, and M&A Manager.
- Conduct office reviews of revenue, operations, and financial results to improve performance
- Identify opportunities for offices to collaborate on sales and operations
- Drive change through region by innovating policies and strategy to increase efficiency
- Producer recruiting and mentoring
- Prospect new acquisition targets and integrate newly acquired offices within the region
- Manage company priorities and facilitate at the office level
- Report Directly to EVP of Operations
