Our client, a Large National Insurance Broker is seeking an M&A Analyst to join their M&A team. Ideal candidate will support all phases of the evaluation process of prospective partners with a focus on financial due diligence.

Position Overview:
- Sourcing potential partners
- Developing pro forma financial models
- Performing valuation analysis
- Managing due diligence
- Work directly with senior leadership across all functional areas and will benefit from substantial headroom for personal growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus, but not required
- Minimum of 2+ years of audit, internal audit, advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar experience.
- Preferred experiences include relevant transaction experience, Big 4, professional services, or advisory firm.
- Insurance brokerage industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and application of those concepts in the financial due diligence work.
