The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting two Local Insurance Broker Clients in the Mid-Atlantic to fill Insurance Operations positions.

Position Outline:

  • Location: Baltimore, MD area
  • Hybrid work schedules available
  • Duties Include:
  • Oversee service staff
  • processing payroll using ADP; administration of 401K plan and employee benefits
  • maintaining employee handbook
  • maintaining all agency contracting and licensing
  • managing relationship with IT Vendor and our agency management system
  • ordering supplies, approving invoices, approving expense accounts
  • scheduling, coordinating and attending agency BOD meetings, including preparing minutes
  • some management responsibility
  • Ideal candidate will have strong administration and organizational skills
  • Insurance agency and agency accounting experience a plus

Compensation:

  • Salary is depending upon experience
  • Medical Benefits, 401K, generous vacation/sick time
