Insurance Agency Sales Manager Wanted – Dallas, TX
The Rogan Group, Inc. – a Risk &Insurance Management Recruiting firm is currently assisting a client in the recruitment of a Sales Manager for their Dallas, TX based firm.
Our client, a 20MM+ revenue firm with 91 staff members, is a 6x Best Practice Insurance Agency (named by the Insurance Agents and Brokers of America) and has a 97.88% customer satisfaction rate. They are currently looking to recruit a proven Sales Manager to join the team and lead the P&C and EB sales teams. Our position will manage both the established business development teams and the validating producers, as well as be responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring staff.

Job Description:
- Insurance Agency Sales Manager
- Set & monitor sales goals
- Provide sales strategies to the team
- Run sales meetings and manage to the sales budget
- Maintain carrier relations and develop/further develop verticals
- Recruit, train and mentor staff
- Compensation
- Salary – DOE
- Management bonus (based on a matrix of goals – TBD)
- Incentive compensation (commission on any production)
- Participation in Benefit & Retirement Plans
Qualification:
- 10+ years of insurance (including sales leadership) experience
- P&C experience needed; EB helpful
- Recruitment and staff development background
- BA Degree (Advanced Degree/Insurance Designations a plus)
- Experience with Agency Management and CRM Systems (i.e., Salesforce.com)
