- Middle Market Division of Top 3 National Insurance Broker
- 2B revenue division
- Full Services Broker with regional name recognition and national broker resources
- 100M in California based revenue (entire state)
- 200+ in SoCal
- Niches: Construction, Education, Energy, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Life Science, Non-Profit, Real Estate, etc.
Position Outline:
Title – Employee Benefits Division Practice Leader
Duties:
- P&L duties 25M + revenue benefit unit in Southern California
- Workflow, procedures, and deliverables
- Staff oversight, carrier relations and act as a technical resource
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of agency experience as an EB AE, Producer, and Unit Manager
- Staff Management, workflow, budget, and unit P&L knowledge
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring experience
- Degree, L&H License (additional designations a plus)
