Human Resources Business Partner – Chicago
The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national insurance brokerage client in identifying a Human Resources Business Partner candidate to join their team in Chicago. Our client is a Top 20 National Insurance Broker, with 1,800 staff and 90+ locations.

Position Outline:
- Position will be part of a team of 15 HR professionals for the Midwest and Southeast region
- Duties will include but not limited to HR Strategy, Programs/Initiatives, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Acquisition activities (due diligence, onboarding, etc…), Performance reviews, compensation planning, diversity, benefits and payroll
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of HRBP experience ideally within the Financial Services, Insurance or Insurance Brokerage Industries providing consultative advice and counsel to leadership in support of business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Automation experience with Microsoft, ADP Workforce Now, Peoplesoft, etc..
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SPHR designation a plus
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 DOE
