The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national insurance brokerage client in identifying an Executive Assistant.

Position Overview:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and provide direct support in all aspects of calendar management and scheduling for an extremely busy, ever-changing calendar
  • Responsible for handling complex travel arrangements including flights, lodging, entertainment, and detailed itineraries
  • Serve as the CEO’s true right-hand, attending meetings when needed
  • Location: NYC, Long Island or Poughkeepsie


  • 5 years minimum experience as Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail with ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Insurance Industry background a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 – DOE
