Our client, the 9th largest Wholesale Broker in the U.S. seeks to add Producers/Brokers to their team in the Midwest, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Headquartered in Dallas, TX – the firm has E&S, Wholesale Brokerage, Binding and TPA units. Our client is owned by an insurance holding company in the distribution space that has 1.5B in GWP and over 1,800 associates. Our Wholesale Brokerage operations supplies P&C and WC coverage options to retail agencies nationwide.

- Our client (Wholesale Brokerage Division) has 20+ M in revenue and 100+ EE’s
- Locations include: Dallas, Houston, New Orleans and Tallahassee, FL
- Niches segments include: General & Artesian Contractors, Crane & Rigging, Energy/Environmental, Real Estate, Habitational, Manufacturing, Inland Marine and Transportation
- Management team – comes from Top 10 P&C Carriers
- Goal – Become a Top 5 Wholesale Brokerage Operation
Position/Opportunity Overview:
- Position: Wholesale Broker (WFH Opportunities!)
- Looking for Brokers in Midwest, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic
- Will buy books, and or bridge a broker while they build their book
- An established agency network is needed
- A few desired locations include: Kansas City, MO; Nashville, TN; and Richmond, VA
Compensation:
- Salary PLUS commission structure
- Commissions – 100% in Y1 to the broker, 50% in Y2 to the broker and then move to standard plan
- Standard Plan – starts at 25% and goes to 37.5% based on book size
