Our client, a large independent insurance broker in the Greater Tampa area is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive to be a lead consultant and strategist with Large, complex clients.

Position Outline:
- Responsible for all aspects of client service and management
- Collaborate with producers regarding new and renewal meetings for clients
- Serve as subject matter expert for the department on alternative funding products (self-funding, level funding, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years employee benefits experience within a retail broker environment
- Experience with self-funded and/or level funded products preferred
- L&H license required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Additional insurance certifications (CEBS, GBA) a plus
- Knowledge of EPIC Agency Management System preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication skills
