Job Description:
They are seeking a talented and driven Employee Benefits Producer to join their Health and Benefits Sales team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work blended with in-office collaboration, requiring at least three days a week in one of their office around the country.
The primary focus will be on addressing critical challenges in employee benefits, healthcare, financial security, and career development for employers and their employees. This role demands a proactive sales professional who can cultivate strong client relationships, drive new business, and expand our market presence.
This is a salary plus bonus structure with new business commission. Compensation is not based on an existing book. The individual does not need to bring a book, there is no minimum production requirement tied to a rollover book, and there are no account servicing or retention responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Strong, verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience selling to large group is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the Employee Benefits or Health and Benefits consulting industry and products.
- Strong professional network and proven ability to gain access to C-suite level executives.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
