Region has a $25+M in P&L and 50+ staff members. The ideal candidate will focus on sales growth and possess a well – rounded multifaceted employee benefits background.

Position Outline:
- Managing $25M+ P&L along with managing over 50+ staff members
- Oversight of EB sales, service, placement, operations, finance & carrier relations
- Emphasis on Organic Growth, retention, and Culture
- Part of the Regional Executive team
- Additional: Producer recruiting and part of the M&A review team
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Employee Benefits sales leadership experience in the insurance brokerage field with strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPI’s
- L&H license required
- College Degree, and advanced degree/insurance designations helpful
- Ability to travel throughout the New England region
Compensation includes a $250k+ base + bonus and equity.
