The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national insurance brokerage client in identifying an Employee Benefits Director of Sales. The focus of this position will be producing, recruiting, training and mentoring a team of EB Producers.
- Founded –1980’s
- Full service and privately held (CL, EB, PL and Financial Services)
- HQ Office NY (with additional offices in Florida, Texas and California)
- Niches: Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Tech, Chemical, Energy in additional to general business.
- Added value resources (toolbox) – Claims, Loss Control, Compliance and Construction/MGA
- Staff – 50+
- Looking for someone with proven EB sales abilities
- Proven history of recruiting, training, mentoring and building a sales team
- 5-10 years EB Brokerage experience
- 5+ years sales leadership experience
- L&H license required
- Candidate can work out of NYC, Miami or Houston
- There will be a base salary + commission on personal book and an override on recruited team
