Our client a growing independent insurance broker serving Southeastern PA for more than 100 years is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager.

Company Overview:

  • Established in 1981
  • 40+ employees insurance agents and professional advisor
  • Offering business insurance, risk management and reduction, employee group benefits, workers’ compensation, property insurance, personal insurance, auto and fleet insurance, and other insurance solutions.

Position:

  • 2 positions – one small group (under 50 lives) and one mid-size group (25-300 lives)
  • Managing and serving a book of business
  • Interact with carriers concerning new and renewal business
  • Positions are a hybrid work schedule but could be fully remote for the right candidate

Qualification:

  • 3+ years related employee benefits experience
  • L&H license
  • College degree preferred
