The Rogan Group, a Risk & Insurance Management Recruiting firm is assisting a growing insurance broker based out of Chicago Suburb Schaumburg, IL. The company delivers insurance, benefits, and risk management solutions to over 8,000 policyholders across the country, including individuals, groups, and commercial businesses. They are seeking a Commercial Lines and a Personal Lines Account Manager. Competitive compensation plan includes medical, dental and life insurance. Hybrid work schedule.
Commercial Lines Account Manager Position:
- Provide quality day-to-day service to clients, both new and renewal
- Liaison between carrier, producer and clients
- Qualified candidate with have experience with TAM software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- A minimum of 5 years’ middle market and small commercial account experience
- At least 5 years’ commercial lines experience within a retail broker environment
- College degree required
- P&C License required
- Additional Insurance designations a plus
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish preferred
Personal Lines Account Manager Position:
- Provide quality day-to-day service to clients, both new and renewal
- Liaison between carrier, producer and clients
- Qualified candidate with have experience with TAM software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- A minimum of 5 years’ personal lines account experience
- Previous Personal Lines account experience within a retail broker environment
- College degree preferred
- P&C License required
- Additional Insurance designations a plus
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish preferred
