The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a National insurance agency in identifying a Commercial Lines Service Team Lead for their office in the Greater Denver area, this role can be hybrid.

Position duties include but not limited to:
- Location: Greater Denver Area (hybrid available)
- Title: Commercial Lines Service Team Lead
- Daily service for select larger accounts (250K Book)
- Manage an 18 person team
- Responsible for the service team of a 5M commercial unit
- Niches include : Transportation, Real Estate, and General
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Maintain Client Relationships
- Work closely with Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- P&C license
- 8+ years of commercial insurance experience
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office, databases, etc)
