Our client, a Top 5 National Broker with offices throughout the US is looking to fill a Commercial Lines Service Practice Leader for the rapidly growing office in Northern, VA.

Position Outline:
They are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Lines Service Practice Leader. This person will oversee a team of Account Managers, Account Executives and Marketing staff. Compensation range $100K-$175k DOE.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of insurance agency/broker service experience with Mid-size and/or Large Commercial Accounts
- Some supervisory experience needed
- P&C license required
- Additional Insurance Designations a plus
