Commercial Lines Customer Service Specialist Position Outline:
- Service Mid-size commercial accounts
- Build and maintain client, vendor and teammates service support
- Support other client service team members and producers
- 1+ years of experience in commercial lines service
- Proficient in Agency Management Systems a plus
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office products
- Hybrid work schedule 2-3 days in office
- Salary: $55,000-$65,000
