This is a reputable firm that is growing and looking for the right person to prosper with them.
Client Profile:
- Family owned
- Approximately $3 mil revenue
- 20+ employees
- Principal Owner has 30+ years experience
- Niches: construction, restaurants, auto repair & body shops, transportation, and more
Commercial Lines Position Outline:
- Small Business Account Manager/CSR
- Daily service of accounts $25,000 in premium and below
- Marketing/placement of new and renewal business
- Niches: general business, construction, real estate, retail
- Use of Applied TAM
- Compensation: $50-60k (doe)
Personal Lines Position Outline:
- Mostly standard Personal Lines accounts
- Daily service of accounts
- Marketing/placement of new and renewal business
- Use of Applied TAM
- Compensation: $50-60k (doe)
Qualifications:
- California P&C license
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office, databases, etc)
- 2+ years of related insurance experience
