Our client, a $45M+ revenue independent insurance agency in the Mid-West seeks to recruit proven producers to their Michigan team. We are seeking candidates that have retail agency background and proven experience growing a book of business.

Position Profile:
Title: Producers- Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits
Duties:
- Looking for middle market and large account insurance producers in CL and EB
- Target Markets: Troy, MI, Ann Arbor, MI, and Adrian, MI
- Looking for proven producers
- Account Rounding Opportunities
Reasons to consider:
- Salary until validation
- 40/25 splits
- Based on production splits can go as high as 50/40
- Car Allowance, Tech Allowance and No Travel & Entertainment charge backs to producers
