Our client, a Regional Insurance Broker in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking Clinical Risk Consultant. Our client was established in 1999, in 2019 acquired by Top 10 National Broker. Specializing in Healthcare industry.
Position Outline:
- Responsible for assisting and supporting current and potential Senior Care clients
- Providing quality improvements, loss prevention and control assistance with sample tools, education and recommendations
- Position is work from home but requires travel to clients for site visits
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with 5-10 years clinical and operational levels experience
- Experience working with Senior Living facilities (nursing homes, assisted living, home healthcare, etc)
- ARM, CPHRM Certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of Risk Management, Employee safety and OSHA guidelines, Financial Risk Transfer concepts, medical malpractice and healthcare related claims
- Ability to prepare and present detailed risk management plans based on global carrier data, current loss ratio, claims information and risk identified
