The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk and Insurance Management Recruiting firm is assisting an Ancillary Benefits Company to recruit and hire a Vision and Dental Sales Executives, in the Bay area. Our client sells Dental, Vision and Hearing products through the insurance brokerage channel and is a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the Largest Life Insurance Company in the US.

Position Outline:

  • Location: Northern CA
  • Developing, distributing and selling commercial vision and dental programs to brokers and employers

Duties:

  • Develop broker and distribution relationships
  • Deliver proposals for requested bids from brokers and employers
  • Focus on growing existing client relationships
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals
  • Client presentations as necessary

Requirements:

  • +7 plus years of related sales experience  (L&H or related sales experience)
  • An established Broker Network in one of the defined areas
  • BA Degree
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software is required
  • Strong sales or account management background – in an insurance is a plus

Compensation Overview:

  • Base salary is targeted at $80k
  • New business commission
  • Renewal/retention commission
  • Sales Goal bonus
