Branch President, National Retail Insurance Broker
Location: Chicago, IL
Our client, a top independent, national insurance and financial services firm is seeking an experienced Branch President to lead and grow its office in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. This executive role carries full P&L responsibility for a high-performing operation with approximately $60M in annual revenue split 50/50 P&C and EB and 150 employees. The Branch President will set strategic direction, drive organic and inorganic growth, and serve as a key leader within the company’s national platform.

The firm combines local leadership and relationships with national-scale resources, data, and carrier access.
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience within insurance brokerage industry
- Both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits background preferred
- Demonstrated success with P&L leadership at scale (multi-million-dollar revenue responsibility).
- Strong background in producer recruiting, sales leadership, and revenue growth.
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions, including integration of teams and clients, strongly preferred.
- Established carrier relationships and deep understanding of brokerage economics.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Relevant insurance licenses required or ability to obtain.
