Our client, a privately held, Top 100 National Broker, with offices all along the East Coast is seeking an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant for their Camden, NJ office. The is a hybrid position with 3 days in office/2 WFH.

Position Outline:
Associate Employee Benefits Consultant –
- Location: Camden, NJ (3 days in the office)
- Group size average 500 – 5,000 lives
- Compensation:$90,000 – $115,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience with Middle and/or Large Employee Benefits service within a retail brokerage
- Knowledge of both self-insured and fully insured plans
- Experience with private and public sector clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- L&H License required
- Additional Insurance designations a plus
