Commercial Lines Account Manager – Large National Broker in Minneapolis MN

Job Description: Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth through strategic relationships as an account manager in our St. Paul Park office location.

About The Area:

St. Paul Park was first established in the late 1880's as a manufacturing town that has evolved into a beautiful residential community along the banks of the Mississippi River just five miles downstream from St. Paul.

St. Paul Park is known for its ‘small town feel’. It is a place where neighbors know one another and care about each other. Families raise their children here and generations can be found continuing to call this city their home.

About the Role:

• Opportunity Development: You will help manage the customer relationship based upon new project direction, including assisting in RFP responses, contract negotiations and supporting the development of the solution review.

• Portfolio Expansion: For existing customers, you will work to expand the sales of additional deliverables.

• Maintenance Renewals: In a timely manner, you will collaborate with other team members to market renewals.

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 6+ years Commercial Lines experience

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Valid P&C license

• Additional Insurance designations a plus

• Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Proficient in Agency Management System
