Insurance Producer Wanted 

Currently conducting a search for Commercial and Employee Benefit Producers to work for a leading National Insurance Broker in the Northeast Region (CT, NYC Metro and Northern NJ). In addition to finding established insurance producers, our client is looking to locate seasoned sales professionals from other lines of business where the past experience might allow for a transition to insurance. These types of candidates might include (but would not be limited to) Software Sales Professionals, Payroll Sales Professionals, Commercial Loan Officers, Commercial Real Estate Sales Professionals, Professional Service Sales Professionals (Legal, Accounting), etc. In that situation, our client is prepared to train and support thru the transition to insurance sales.

·         Markets: access to all major markets.

·         Added Value Resources: In house Claims, Loss Control, Engineering, etc.

·         Compensation: Salary and Bonus Structure, great commission splits  

·         Compensation provides cross sell commission new and renewal

·         Compensation also has a deferred comp plan for high performers and offers full benefits.

·         Immediate needs: NYC Metro and CT locations.
