Account Executive/Benefit Consultant

  • Position will be responsible for overall strategy and client relationship.
  • Directs team through renewal process and works with the client manager and coordinator to meet client deliverables.
  • Will interface with clients to strategize and propose viable benefit solutions for the client’s employees.
  • Qualifications:
    •  3+ years experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive
    • Knowledge of fully insured and self-insured plans, ancillary lines, and current legislation.
    • MD L&H License required or w/in 90 days.

Large Group Client Manager/Account Manager

  • Position will work with Benefit Consultant/Clients on annual renewals, cross-selling, program options
  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager
    • Knowledge of fully insured and self-insured plans, ancillary lines, and current legislation.
    • MD L&H License required or w/in 90 days.

Employee Benefits Client Care Specialist (CSR)

  • Will address employer & employee health benefit issues to include: resolving enrollment and termination issues, claims and appeals
  • Acting as liaison with insurance carriers and TPA’s, resolve billing inquires, and answering questions relating to pertinent Federal and State legislation
  • Read and interpret insurance contract language and regulations.
  • Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in Benefits Admin, Claims Resolution or Health Insurance Customer Service.
